About the Competition
The Lawscape successfully organised the Constitutional Ink Blog Writing Competition 2025, a national-level academic initiative aimed at encouraging students to explore and express constitutional values through legal writing.
The competition invited law students and young researchers to critically examine contemporary constitutional issues under the theme:
“Interpreting Constitutional Values in Modern Governance.”
Participants submitted analytical blogs focusing on how the Constitution continues to shape modern democracy, rights discourse, institutional accountability, and governance practices in India. The competition served as a platform for students to refine their research skills, develop independent legal arguments, and contribute to meaningful constitutional dialogue.
Submissions covered a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:
• LGBTQ+ rights and constitutional morality post-Navtej Johar
• Digital India and constitutional accountability
• The role of the Election Commission and electoral integrity
• Regulation of Artificial Intelligence and data protection
• Expansion of Fundamental Duties in modern citizenship
• Other emerging constitutional themes

The Lawscape is a growing legal education platform dedicated to making law simple, accessible, and practically relevant. What began as an Instagram initiative has evolved into a multi-platform learning space offering webinars, workshops, internships, and publication opportunities.
