DAY 1 — Mr. Aditya Gandotra
Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Expert
Aditya Gandotra is a DAAD-GSSP PhD Scholar at the Albrecht Mendelssohn Bartholdy Graduate School of Law, University of Hamburg, Germany, where his research focuses on investment arbitration. He is also a Visiting Scholar at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law, Hamburg.
Previously, he served as Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University, where he taught international investment law, dispute resolution, and arbitration, and received the University’s Research Excellence Award for outstanding scholarly contributions.
He holds an LL.M. in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London and is enrolled as an Advocate with the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir. Prior to academia, he trained in the chambers of former Chief Justice of India, Justice T.S. Thakur, assisting in arbitral proceedings involving major commercial entities.
His research has been published in the International Arbitration Law Review, Conflict Resolution Quarterly, Comparative Law Review, and Kutafin Law Review. He also provides pro bono legal assistance to refugees through UNHCR India.

DAY 2 — Mr. Mohit Mokal
IMI Certified Mediator | ODR & Legal Technology Specialist
Mohit Mokal is an independent dispute resolution and technology consultant and the Founder of Mohit Mokal Mediation. He began his career with Senior Advocate and Expert Mediator Mr. Sriram Panchu, where he assisted in landmark matters including the Ayodhya Babri Masjid Mediation before the Supreme Court of India and the Luthra & Saraf Partnership Dispute Mediation before the Delhi High Court.
He has assisted the Bar Council of India in drafting the course manual for teaching Mediation at all law schools as a mandatory subject — a contribution that shapes how an entire generation of law students learns mediation.
Mohit is qualified and recognised as a mediator by IMI, SIMI, ADR ODR UK, and CMC. He graduated from O.P. Jindal Global University and holds a Master’s in International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London.
He has contributed to leading publications including Mediation Practice and Law (3rd ed., LexisNexis) authored by Mr. Sriram Panchu, and Mediation Policy and Practice (1st ed., OakBridge). He has participated as student, coach, and judge in over 100 mediation and negotiation competitions including ICC Paris, ICC Australia, ICC Hong Kong, CDRC Vienna, ELSA and ALSA.
