Refund & Cancellation Policy – The Lawscape
At The Lawscape, we strive to provide quality educational services through webinars, workshops, courses, competitions, internships, and publication opportunities.
Event / Webinar / Workshop Fees Once a registration or certificate fee is paid, it is non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by The Lawscape.
Course Fees Fees paid for recorded or live courses are non-refundable once access to the course material has been provided.
Publication Charges Publication fees are non-refundable once the editorial or publication process has begun.
Event Cancellation by The Lawscape If an event is cancelled by us, participants will be offered either:
A full refund, or
Transfer of registration to a future session.
Refund Processing Timeline: In case of a valid refund request approved by The Lawscape, the amount will be refunded to the original payment mode within 5-7 business days.
Non-attendance Failure to attend a session after successful registration does not qualify for a refund.
